Returns + Exchanges
All products are final purchase. The only time that a return will be allowed is if the product was damaged when it reached the customer or a customer did not receive their order due to an unforeseen circumstance. If a customer’s product is damaged and they would prefer to exchange the product instead of receiving a refund, then they will receive a new product and the shipping costs will be on us!
Our policy lasts seven days. If seven days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. If you need to exchange an item, then send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending your item to us to be exchanged. Therefore, please include a pre-stamped envelope, box, and/or etc. when you are shipping us your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping any item to be exchanged you should ONLY use a trackable shipping service and you should strongly consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
